Terms & Conditions

1. Appointment Payments


Payments for appointments are non-refundable.

The only way to receive a full refund is if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.


If an appointment is booked with less than 24 hours' notice, the customer will be notified and the appointment will be moved, giving the client a fair chance in accordance with the refund policy.

2. Meetings and Communication

 

Halo & Crown operates remotely and can arrange:

Phone calls, web viewings, in-person meetings at a neutral location or Meetings at a rented office if required.

  

Clients may be shown images or a limited selection of physical samples to represent potential designs where applicable.

 

3. CAD Image Process

 

A charge will be applied for the creation of a CAD image, as it is created by a third party. 

 

CAD image fees are non-refundable.

 

Clients are allowed up to three changes to the CAD image at no additional cost. Further changes will incur additional fees.

 

4. Wax Model Option

 

Clients may request a wax model of the item at an additional cost.

 

Wax model purchases are final and non-refundable.

 

Not all designs are eligible for wax modeling.

 

5. Order Confirmation and Payment

 

Clients can opt out of the transaction prior to production.

 

Once the client agrees to proceed with production:

 

A Full payment is required to produce the order and deliver the order to the customer.

 

If the client cancels within 24 hours of placing the order, 25% of the total order price will still be charged.

 

An invoice or receipt will be provided for all purchases.

 

Accepted payment methods: cash, card, and bank transfer. Cheques will not be accepted.

 

6. Resizing

 

Items can be resized once for free within the first 30 days of receipt, where applicable.

 

Rings can be resized up to two full sizes larger or smaller than the original size.

 

7. Third-Party Involvement

 

All design, material selection, production, and repair services are provided by third parties.

 

Halo & Crown acts as a broker/retailer.

 

8. Inactive Transactions

 

If there is no communication or activity from the client for 30 consecutive days, the transaction will be considered inactive, and the process will be terminated.

 

9. Delivery

 

Halo & Crown is not responsible for items after they have been handed over to the delivery company.

 

10. Hallmarking

 

In the interest of expediting production, hallmarking may be skipped during delivery but must be completed later as per legal requirements.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

 

Halo & Crown reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, Returns Policy, and Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice.
