Returns Policy

All order sales are final and must be paid in full upon agreement of the price.

 

Clients may cancel their order within 24 hours of payment. A cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount will be applied.

 

No deposit or instalment payment options are offered, except where a 50% deposit is agreed upon.

 

Warranty Policy

 

1. Manufacturer's Warranty

 

As of the current date of these Terms and Conditions, Halo & Crown does not offer a Manufacturer’s Warranty, However as an act of good faith, Halo & Crown will offer a free assesment for repairs within the first 90 days of the customer receiving their item. 

Repair fees will apply.

 

2. Proof of Purchase

 

Proof of payment must be provided to claim the repair assessment services.

 

3. Changes to Operations

 

Terms will remain valid even if the company changes its name, operations, or production process.

In the event the company is dissolved, all warranties and policies will be void.
